Does what its says. No problems other than with the Kwikset lock, wouldn't pair. Dozens of other devices were set up with no problem. I do wish it had AppleKit compatibility.

Working on home automation project and integrated it with several motions sensors, garage sensor. Also have my google home talking to Samsung hub for further automation via voice commands.

I love it and I’m glad I’ve decided to go with this brand. I like that it records the activity and shows me when there’re movements. My home is getting a little smarter.

After researching online and reading reviews, I thought I knew what this hub was. But after spending hours at home trying to figure out how to turn on my smart bulb, I finally realized that in addition to the smart bulb and the hub, I also needed a “bridge” that would cost another $80! No way was that going to happen, so I returned the $50 hub and bought a smart plug for $25 and now can use the bulb with Alexa app, which is all I wanted anyway. Actually, don’t even need a smart bulb for that but I kept it anyway.

Bought it for my bacement, in case of a water leak, it text me if there is water and save me from being woken up in the middle of the night to be asked if I checked the basement.

Think Apple simple versus PC flexible. Need to link up with IFTT to get the most use out of actions beyond the simple. Good signal range so far (reaches garage from house).

Hub works great. I have a number if devices for lighting and security on the device. I wish it would interface with my garage door system, and better with my Honeywell Thermostat.

This really helps tie in all your wireless smart devices. I have my cortana powered Harman/Kardon Invoke and things like my ecobee3 together. As well as my ring2 doorbell.

Best z wave and zeebee hub. It is able to turn on lights when motion is detected in a second. It does not allow for a static IP but you can setup a static assignement via DHCPz

After some initial setup glitches, the product works flawlessly. Please note that the support center is in California so it does not open until NOON eastern time (9am Pacific).

Bought this to dabble in home automation. Seamlessly pairs with Alexa for easy voice control. It can be rather addictive at first while you try and see what you can do.

This hub has worked very well since I have had it and there have been a couple of updates to it to address new upcoming firmware updates to devices which will be a nice addition.

I would recommend SmartThings for anyone installing home Automation systems. The only drawback is that it requires an internet connection to Samsung cloud to work.

If you have Z Wave devices to control in your smart home this works great. Also provides a way to control your Z Wave devices on the Google Home App.

I own 3 of these for different locations. Great product and abilities are endless. No monthly fees and can be used with so many other brand devices.

Works very well when the network connection is up. Doesn't work at all when the network is down. Will not buy in more products that require a network connection to function.

it looks nice, easy to set up works for 1-2 days, I tried 2 different units; one from bestbuy and the other from amazon.com and both disconnected in 2 days and was not able to reconnect them. I did a factory reset and did not help, called member services and no luck either. avoid if possible, maybe next generation will be good.

This hub has allowed me to connect lights to Amazon Echo and it works very well. Even my spouse (who is a technophobe) loves it>

The hub is great. We bought it to use water montiors for our basement. Was surprised to see it also works with our other devices in our home, Nest Camera, Amazon Echo.

Bought this to interface with my other zwave items around the house to be able to automate things. The geofencing could use a bit of help but it works fairly well.
