I love this Samsung hub. Works very well without issue. I sometimes get those one offs where it goes offline but could be due to firmware update

If you want a smart home hub look no further, great app interface. Only competition is the Wink hub which doesn't seem as great. Samsungs been at it for a long time.

This is a really cool device and the gateway to a automated home. I did subtract 1 star because when Installing multiple devices at on time a ocasional hub reset is needed.

It works like it should but is almost impossible to get working with two phones. So if you would like to have two cell phones tracked for away and home mode, good luck.

I’m enjoying some of the automation features but often the connection will break or there will be significant delays.

We had the Wink Hub and kept having issues so after some research we decided to give this a try. No regrets works great and no issues with our connected devices.

This works very well. I upgraded yo this system from veralite and this works much better. More devices available and the app is faster and devices are easier to add.

Smartthings works great and bought it to allow access to smart appliances which work but left much to desire. As for the hub it works great with others!!!

Took a trip the weekend after setting all my sensors up. Felt a lot safer knowing I can track my windows and doors being open. Notifications right to my phone.

I have not bought any products for the hub yet, it does alert when my internet goes out occasionally. My other smart products do not notify when their is an outage

This simply is too unreliable to rely on. Plus, customer support is terrible. Events to turn on/off lights are executed locally in the hub or from the SmartThings servers. You cannot control what is executed where. Local events stop working frequently. When I ask SmartThings support about this they say the problem is with their servers, which they are "going to fix". They refuse to explain why a problem with their servers stops local events from working. Updates of their hub firmware do not solve it.

You have to buy the genuine Canon inks for a Canon printer. It gives you the best results for photo printing. The XL format lasts quite a long time.

I'm begining to convert my home in a smart home. Righ now I have my arlo security system, door locks, outlets and switchers working perfect with this hub.

This hub combined with the phone app puts all your smart devices on one app. No more opening and closing multiple apps to turn things on and off.

I'm using it with echo dot for home automation and its been a blast. It, however, becomes unresponsive from time to time needing a power recycling.

It's a good product but didn't do what it expected and didn't realized I had to buy so much additional things for it

I have been using the Samsung smart hub at a vacation home have no issues with it. I am always able to connect to it.

Good hub, the interface is a little different to adjust to. Allowed me to add z wave smoke detectors to our home. Just wish it had nest integration

This is necessary for individuals who want to automate as much of their home as possible. Its got great support and a good level of customization.

Great product, easy to setup and connect to your smart devices. There is also a nice feature to inform you when you hub when it loses internet connectivity.
