Don't waste your time

A complete waste of time. Returned the item within days, product received mixed reviews from user and stellar reviews from online publications. If you ask me it was a waste

Very hard to set up

The thing that bothers me is there are many many more components it should/will work with based on the standard technology types it supports but it only provides documentation or lists in app for very few.

Good for basic unit

You cannot change lock codes remotely and Samsung cant tell you when you will be able to. It wont work if you want it in a vacation rental or second home to change lock codes.
