I bought this SmartThings Smart Hub to connect my Schlage Locks. I did not realize when I bought my locks that I needed a Z-Wave hub. Since I have bought it I have had no problems and have been able to hook up my Arlo cameras to it as well. Very easy setup good customer support.

Bought the SmartThings Hub to use with my Schlage Connect lock. Works perfect. Thinking about adding more "Things" to my now smart home.

This was very easy to set up. There are lots of compatible devices beyond just the Samsung Smart Things branded devices. They are very easy to sync. Only issue has been with distance devices are placed from hub. In particular related to OSRAM light bulbs . Did have one issue where the Dashboard in app would not work, but that was fixed within a few hours by Samsung.

I’m very impressed with how easy it is to connect multiple devices to this hub. It makes your life much easier when your home is smart.

The Samsung Hub works like a champ. Setup was very easy and recognizes all my devices. The app is very useful in automating routines.

This product is very easy to set up and there is so many things which can be connected to the device. I am currently use it to control my AC units and have had no issues with it. The product comes with a lot of different things you can do.. I think this will take some time to figure out but just to start up and run some lights and AC units no problem.

Easy set up however I did return for the smart things home monitoring kit which we felt was a better value than buying the things separately

Hub has a wide range of devices it works with, and seems to be doing the job well. Regular firmware updates keep it current.

Have had it installed for a month and have not had any issues. Works well and keeps in contact with all the sensors I have.

This is much easier to setup than using Pulse. Way more automations and the ease of use through the mobile app is amazing.

Just plug in the ethernet cord plug into the outlet and push the button and it will automatically sync to your device

Great product that stays online & never gives me trouble. It was easy to connect everything even if you know a lot or very little about technology you should be able to get it connected to your router and simply wait for it to go online & push the one single button & I used my phone to connect the tech. Super Simple!!

It allowed me to use all my none matching home automation items with one app and have them work together...perfect

My family loves the Smarthub. We have ours connected to the Sylvania bulbs in our kitchen. Everything is automated. With the app. My lights turn on at 10% when I wake up, turn off when we go to work. Turns back on at 50% when we get home from work, then dims to 10% at bedtime then completely off at midnight. We don't have to use a switch ever again. The app allows dimming in 10% increments and you can set up to do pretty much everything in your home. Excellent product.

really easy to setup, though, it took a bit long. connected to just about everything and was really easy to use!

The setup was easy and I like the mobile app to manage it and set it up rather than a web page. I ended up returning it though because I’m pretty technical and like to do things myself and this didn’t really give me that. Instead I am now using Hije Assistant on a Rapsbeery Pi 3. I would definitely recommend this product to someone that just wants to plug it in and have it work.

Simple to setup and essential to a smart home. Had it up and running in under 5 minutes between installation and setup on the app. Makes my smart home setup a breeze. It talks to my Google Home, and with the arrival sensor and outlet, my lights automatically turn on and off as I come and go. Totally worth it.

Great hub, but the app is so so - slow to load and sometimes. The hub had some occasional disconnects as well.

Lot of support in the community and a best thing for a geek to play with if you are thinking home automation

Setup was pretty easy. It was pretty much plug and play. I hope they come out with more compatible “things”
