It's ok... need to work better... and it need more

I've seen issues with devices dropping from the hub and being unresponsive. I don't recommend it

A mission to install, find your bluetooth, regret buying it.. horrible customer service i called 10x and they never answer..

My front door never seems to stay connected to the hub.

I am more of a wink fan. Ended up returning it... I was not impressed with it as much as wink.

Never really worked with any ease. Takes a lot effort and forethought and still never really lived up to the hype.

Is a communication problem between the Hub and the switches. They need to solve this problem before you buy it

I had high hopes for this, however, I wasn't able to connect to the Internet. I checked the website help pages, and no luck. I liked the battery backup and small profile. I returned it and bought a Wink2 that connected right away. It seems like SmartThing didn't like the setup on my Asus RT-AC87U router, or defective product. I'll never know.

I returned this because it was impossible to hook up my Z wave locks and thermostats. I spent hours on the phone with customer support but never got them to work. It was supposed to work with any Z Wave lock or item. It probably works with Samsung locks and security items but not other manufactures items.

Multiple Samsung devices randomly shown as "device unavailable". To make matter worse, you don't even receive a warning when that happens, you will have to check the app to find out. Google "Samsung device unavailable" and you will see a long list of customers having the same issue.

Took me a bit to get it hooked to wifi. It never did see my thermostat and switches. Returned it and hooked up vera and tech support was better than Samsung to get me going. Worth a try but just not for me I guess.

This product did everything it promised and I was able to add "things" that worked against several of the communications protocols of this hub. This includes Hue bulbs, Nest thermostat with a customer API, MyQ garage door opener and a Samsung camera. The mobile app is easy to use and relatively straight forward to set up customer routines and lighting controls.

i bought a smart outlet for my google home then learned i also had to buy this to make it work. Too many products and too expensive just to turn of my light.

I have many other smart home products installed. Could not get this to play nice with washer and dryer dongles. Wasted a few hours, and returned it.

for some reason as soon as I connected the hub to my router all the devices in the house lost WiFi connection.

I was convinced by BB sales person to buy this but I did not need it, I return the product

It was not happy about we purchased, associate was not educated on the product

I could not even get anything to work and took the stuff back to the store

It is not working and it is not obvious as to why.

using for Alzheimer's patient. Did not wake me up!
