Works excellent. I switched from Wink because wink started charging for their service. This works flawlessly with all my smart devices. In many cases the interface is much better to use too. Thanks Samsung.

As the title says, i don't have much to compare it to. It is easy to setup and use. It dosent have a lot of advanced intigration features, and crashes a little.

It worked with eht things I needed it to, but had to have another app to work with Alexa to control my window shades. Other than that, it did work well with my Samsung Washer and Dryer.

Device is still one of the more useful smart home devices. It works well to integrate devices into my smart home that otherwise might not have worked.

Was able to connect my Samsung items and then voice control with Alexa. 4 stars because not all my Samsung speakers can be controlled on the hub ie MX-T70

Purchased for use with a Schlage smartlock. Other than that, I haven't found much use. Buy a smart lock that's Alexa compliant and skip this step

Needed to replace IRIS solution that was going out of biz. Decided to go with Samsung since I have many of their products. So far so good. Easy setup with the devices I have so far. Plan to add more devices as time goes on.

I found this very easy to set up. Most of the web things I was running on Wink were able to transfer over to SmartThings. Also compatible with Google Home.

I love my Samsung Smart Thing Hub. I bought it so I could monitor for water leaks in my hot water heater pan in attic. Easy to set up. Since setting up I’ve added several things to the hub to help control tv and speakers.

had no problems with this hub operating my smart home devices. I do wish that there were more supported devices, which I'm sure will be the case in the near future. The other issue I would like Samsung to solve is the fact that my devices cannot be updated through the hub alone. Example: I use Sengled smart light bulbs with this Samsung hub. The only way to update the firmware in the bulbs is through the Sengled hub, which cannot be linked to the bulbs simultaneously with the Samsung hub. I would have to unlink the bulbs from the Samsung hub and relink them to the Sengled hub and then add them back to the Samsung hub again. Not convenient! I contacted Sengled and they said they are working with Samsung to fix this. Otherwise this hub works great.

Great device, pairing with Z-Wave Schlage doorlock

I purchased to pair with a Schlage smart lock with Z-Wave. Does what it's supposed to do. Helps controll all types of devices. It allowed me to Lock and unlock with Z-Wave. It pairs quite well and it shows even the battery level. I'm giving it a 4stars because there's been a few times where i've had to reset smart things and reconnect all my devices. It feels very cheap, very light, and pricey for what it is. Aside from this, it's a great device. I wish the app was better, a bit too cluttered but thast just me.

I have the previous version of smart things hub,i didnt had any problem with it,its just that the range is limited. I used it for 3 plus years and i think its time for an upgrade. This version is slimmer, rounder shape compare to the previous version which is a little bulky and limited to ethernet connection. This version is capable of wi fi and ethernet. I use the wi fi connection and i can put it anywhere not unlike the older version. Can connect my devices from 50 to 130 feet away. The only downfall is lack of battery back up and if you’ve lost your power, chances are none of your smart home devices will work, either. But so far so good. Thumbs up!

A great option for the SMART household items you need but your ALEXA doesn’t support - you will need a HUB beyond her and this one is HONESTLY a no fail deal. Easy to use, set up and keep up with it.

I bought this to replace an ADT SmartThings Hub. What ADT doesn't make clear is that you must use their sensors if you want them to participate in any kind of alarm system. The regular Samsung SmartThings hub doesn't have that problem. The biggest problem I have with SmartThings is not the hub, but the apps that go with it. They have a Classic app and a new app. It seems as though the notification system (texting) of when there is an alarm only works on the Classic app.

I did not have any problems with instillation. It is working well with GE Z-wave switches and Google home. I have not yet tried any complicated scenarios, but all is well with simple, straightforward control.
