Left Wink after they tried to apply a monthly fee. SmartThings was easy to set up and use with my devices. Like it very much so far. Only wish that it was compatible with Nest devices.

Bought the smartthings hub to replace wink hub and it seems to work better than the wink hub . Glad I made the move over to smartthings no more monthly fees so far.

I recently purchased a Samsung SmartThings to replace my Wink and Wink2 hub. Ever since I upgraded to the Wink2 hub, my smart door lock battery has been draining like crazy. On top of not solving the problem, Wink decide to move to a subscription. I did some research, and decide to go with the Samsung. So far, most of my smart devices hookup without any problems. I was even able to add sensors to it like an alarm system. It also works fairly well in a large area without many disconnections. Very happy so far and I hope they will reach some type of agreements in the future with Chamberlain/Liftmaster to allow my garages and gate to be connected.

Easy interface to automate various devices in the home. Have a bunch of Lutron switch for lights, all can be controlled with the hub. But no support for the Lutron sealing fans switch.

This seems to be a standard for smartthings, there may be some cheaper alternative but this seems to be very compatible with devices. I have very few issues since installing.

Haven't had this hub long but got it mainly for my emergency water shut off. Works with a lot of systems/products and super easy to set up.

I was a wink owner for 4 years however I change to Samsung smarting's this was the best thing I could have don!! Better support system. Work with a lot device more than Wink.

Looking for a well rounded hub look no further. The SmartThings hub plays well with almost all smarthome devices. This is a great way to lots of devices to your network without straining your WiFi bandwidth.

Plugged it in and connected in minutes. Started with motion detector and smart plug. Automatic on/off for light I always forgot. Added temperature humidity monitor for basement. Very easy setup and config.

I plugged it in and it just worked. Adding new devices so far have worked great. Very easy. Mine worked through a switch instead of straight to the router.

Good for those devices that need an alternate hub for or if you are trying to avoid voice enabled devices

This is the best and most comprehensive home automation hub that is out there, especially if you get used to the IFTTT. Huge upgrade from wink hub, which stopped working recently.

Purchased to replace WINK hub. Was able to program all my old equipment with ease. Just need to delete the memory from the old hub the add to the new one. So far so good.

I had another hub from Lowe's which went out of business. I bought this to use the devices that I bought for the other hub. The devices connected easily.

This was a great buy. Works excellent with my Smart things app on my phone. I'm not computer savvy but this was super easy to set up with the smart bulbs I had recently installed!

I bought this to replace my Wink Hub when they forced users to start having to pay a subscription fee. I've been able to connect all of my lights, lock and outlets without issue.

I wanted to set up some simple home automation with some smart light bulbs, smart switches, and motion sensors. Everything was pretty easy to get working.

If you have anything Samsung, this plays very nicely. Getting notifications on my tv that the laundry is done, turn on and off lights etc plus a good general UI on smartphone is great.

I swapped over to the smartthings hardware after Iris announced their shutting down. I ordered the samsung hub, very easy to install and app is great

Great smart hub for home automation. Currently have 2 bulbs, TV, and multi sensor connected to it which were all easy to connect.
