We needed a hub to be able to run a new wi-fi enabled deadbolt lock, and the SmartThings hub was ideal. Set-up took less than 5 minutes, and it was no more than a couple clicks to connect to the lock.

Works well with my other SmartThings devices. Most of my SmartThings connect through this hub. With the hub, this takes the load off of your router.

This hub works flawlessly. It controls all my smart plugs, TV, outside lights without fail. All the apps for the various product it controls are kept in the cloud. Makes it easy.

Easy to set up. Very wide array of supported devices. Linking of devices often seem to stall at 80%, but works after one or two re-tries.

Hub convenient for integration of a variety of smart product from different manufacturers. Communicates to Alexa. I have philips lights and smart thing plugs.

I bought it to control my door locks, but I am also able to use it to access my Ring cameras and my Ecobee thermostat. The ease of opening one app. to control many devices ia nice.

I had issues connecting my smart door locks. It was fixed pretty easily, and Samsung emailed and called me several times checking up on me. Very impressive support.

After doing the research, we feel we made the best choice for our family. This hub helps us connect our newly installed ceiling lights as well as our new Ecobee.Is has worked our great for us.

Samsung SmartThings is an excellent product but if you are finding that you are getting frequent disconnects think about adding a hub in Bridge mode

Initially I purchased this with the hopes of operating more smart devices. At the moment, I only have used it to control 27 sylvania smart lights throughout the house. It is glitchy and at times and on occasion will not control them for a period of time anywhere from minutes to hours. But most of the time it serves its purpose and so I give it a 4. I have purchased the rest of my smart devices to run of other devices. If I see improvement in the device I may invest in more accessories for it.

Works well with zigbee not so well with zwave. But it does work. I’ve called support multiple times and they were great. I spent over 1 hr on a couple calls with them teaching me stuff.

I got this after Wink started charging a monthly subscription. The Samsung Hub integrates well with my Z wave and wifi devices. Also, it's easy to set up.

I love how this integrates everything in our smart home including all of the non Samsung based devices. Excellent product!

Samsung SmartThings hub was very easy to install. This hub was necessary to use the Water Detection sensor. No problems. It has worked flawlessly for 4 months.

If you want to make your home or devices smart so you can control your devices from your phone then this hub is what you need. It even works with smart door locks.

Easy to use interface super easy to use via app on iPad or my cellphone. Adding new devices is straight forward. Best Hub around. Plus no subscription fees.

Easy to set up. Programming routines can be a pain. Not sure it is really necessary as you still have to have the device app.

I have multiple smart switches hooked up to this and have not had any downtime so far. Is easy to integrate with both my network and smart devices
