Works as advertised, and cheap. Difficult to connect with some devices and redundant if device works with Google Home/Alexa/has its own app.

This unit controls pretty much everything that I've thrown at it as far as smart home units go. Schlage door locks, Arlo cameras, Go Control products, the Hue lighting system, and more. My only gripe is that with most of those items you may have 80% control, but it's the 20% that I really want. Things like calendar schedules for guest codes, full lighting control, and complete programmability with Arlo and Go Control. You get darn close, so I can't hate it, but hopefully a few updates and handshakes between vendors make things excellent.

Smartthings is a great way to introduce yourself into smart home lifestyle and is very easy to use and setup. They are really affordable because you will use it every day.

Nice hub works well with Samsung products. Using with hue bulbs still requires their bridge and integration with google nest isn’t working

This has worked very well so far. I like that I can make it wired or wireless. It's smaller than I thought and fits well next to my equipment. Setup was quick and very easy.

Great hub connects to a wide variety of devices. Fairly user friendly migh be difficult for a non tech user. Geo fence doesn’t always work.

Samsung make a very easy to set up Hub. Newest software makes control effortless and allows easy adjustment of dimmers and fans.

Love this Home Security setup by Samsung. Friend recommended it and glad i listened. Fast and easy to setup plus gotta love the versatility it gives you for 3rd party devices.

Once received, it was quick and easy to set up. I connected to my Phillips Hue Light Strip and will soon be connecting with a smart lock.

I was on wink hub for 4 years until they got flaky and it quit working most of the time. I moved to smartthings and it was fairy ready to transfer all of the smart items over. My only complaint is they don't offer as much support of the smart items I have. My cameras aren't able to be setup. I have written them to ask for then to be added but I got a generic email saying they would look into it. It seems to work mostly with samsung items. It has promise if they add more components.

For anyone who hasn’t yet figured out that Wink is dead, this is what you’ll want for a painless replacement. It works so much better than wink ever did.

Set this up with a water monitor so that if my basement floods, I'll get a notification. I am going to set up other devices as soon as I figure out the ones I want first.

I bought this when the Wink hub wanted to start charging a monthly fee and I couldn't be happier. This hub is better with no monthly rip-off.

I bought this to run the water leaks sensors I bought. It disconnects sometimes, but reconnects quickly. Other than that, no issues at all.

The Smart Things Hub was so simple to set up and works great to manage my smart devices in my home. Would definitely recommend this product!

Got this for my parents to be able to hook up their smart switches and plugs to their echo spots. Very easy to set up and is compatible with both Alexa and Google products.

It is easy to setup. Looks great and simple. Also you have apps to control all connected devices.

I'm using the SmartThings App to manage hubs at (2) different locations ( one in Texas and one in Florida). They're connected to Routers operate (2) smart door locks/lighting at each location. Setup for my 1st hub was simple (wireless connection); setup at my 2nd location was hardwired. For some reason my SmartThings App will not accept (2) wireless connections. Samsung couldn't solve my connection problem (said my router the problem), (had to solve problem myself). However, we love the this Hub.

I was not able to set it up on my Google Pixel phone. Landed up using my iPad to set it up. Good range of compatible products.
