They get dinged right now because they don't fully support Android 10 and they have weakened their alerts (no more texts). It is essential to give as many strong alerts as possible, including email and text, not just a phone notification.

I saw this a month or so ago with dual bands for same price so I thought I was getting the same item, dual bands is about $60 more plus tax I only gave one Star because it didn’t have the all the features I was looking for, but is a great product from word of mouth & reviews.

This SmartThings hub is a good replacement for my Wink hub (v1). It's not as easy to setup as the Wink hub. There's some confusion with just downloading the correct app. Other than that, it's been great so far with my limit usage. I think it's able to operate w/o internet access which my Wink hub (v1) can't do and Wink hub (v2) has been sold out for months.
