Set up was a challenge as I was not getting the screen responses I saw in the instructions. Eventually I found it was working. Best Buy and Samsung support were good. I purchased this Samsung hub to link my Google Home with my Samsung Smart TVs only to find out, although they are logo Smart TVs they are too old of a serial number to work with the device. I haven't yet pursued the solution if there is one due to time. If considering this unit double check the Model # on your TV to make sure it is compatible.
