    Works rks vomdersfu;l though colndnt downlod pp of samsung smart t6hings to my phone because they cahanged to new home smart things app which sadly is incompatible with my older 2019 galaxy j3. good luck, i would have to purchase a new galaxy phone $500, $1000, $1600, $2000 for galaxy fold? outrageously priced for these covid 19 times!

    Initially received a unit that was faulty. Easy exchange with my Best Buy sales person. Set up was a challenge as I was not getting the screen responses I saw in the instructions. Eventually I found it was working. Best Buy and Samsung support were good. I purchased this Samsung hub to link my Google Home with my Samsung Smart TVs only to find out, although they are logo Smart TVs they are too old of a serial number to work with the device. I haven't yet pursued the solution if there is one due to time. If considering this unit double check the Model # on your TV to make sure it is compatible.

    I bought this to use as a hub for my electric deadbolt. It works great with Alexa, but my only complaint is the hub will go offline randomly, but will come back online mins later. I have it in the next room away from my router, so I know it should be getting a good connection.
