    The Smart Things Hub is a wonderful addition to our home. It can be somewhat confusing at first, which is why I gave it 4 stars. You can set a program for lights to come on and group devices that you want to control together. It works with Amazon Echo too so you can tell your devices to come on or go off.

    I picked this up to connect to a Hampton Bay wink enabled ceiling fan controller. Won't mention the big box lumber yard. Since Wink is impossible to find I went with this. Someone has created a device control. It usually works but I have had issues with the fan. Everything else is working well.

    Wink hub started charging a monthly fee so I had to switch to SmartThings. The app isn’t great, there’s huge delays in thermostat control but other than that it does what it’s supposed to. I would’ve kept Wink had they not started charging monthly.
