no issues so far. Alexa sometimes disconnect but not sure if its echo dot that is having the issues or the hub. Other than that has helped control our wifi devices at home.

The Samsung SmartThings Hub works ok but my Samsung Galaxy S9+ already had my Samsung SmartThings App hooked up with my Smart Devices, so I returned the unit and bought a couple of Amazon Smart Plugs!

Bought this hub so that my Samsung TV could connect with my Samsung refrigerator. The connection is seamless and will purchase other peripherals to use with the hub.

Instructions are sparse. However Google play store download was quick. The Add Device process went well. Don't throw away the boxes since you take a picture of the car image on the box inside cover for easy serup.

Samsung really needs to support a lot more smart home brands, like Home Life, Magic Home, Wyze camera, Jimino and more... The sooner the better. I'd give it 5 stars if they'd support these...

With the Wink going to a monthly fee in a short amount of time, I took the drive with SmartThings. Other than a few minor issues to work out, it was a painless cutover.

Purchased this item with hopes of it working better with my Samsung Galaxy Note 8 phone for all my home smart equipment but I could not notice any difference in the unit from the previous version.

Purchased this to connect my devices and for the money it’s great. Better than great because it delivers as promised. Connect devices . Plug it in load an app talk to a speaker never move from a sofa again .

In order to get my Schlage smart lock to be smart I had to get this hub. I know some newer locks don’t require a hub but it’s pretty great. Once I put the hub near my lock I haven’t had any connection issues at all.

We enjoy the wifi connectivity the newer version of the smartthings hub uses. So far we cannot find anything wrong with the hub itself. There are still a number of problems with smartthings in general.

I miss my gen 2 hub with batteries in it to keep it running, i now have to plug this into my UPS so things dont go nuts if power goes out and comes back on. Still great product, my gen 2 was stolen which is why i had to go to gen 3.

I got this for my deadbolt on my front door. I have a samsung phone and use the smart home app with it and I can check my door lock status anywhere. I love it and have been shopping for more items to use with it.

I replaced an older version of this hub hoping it would work better and faster. I also hoped it would have more capabilities. I can't tell that it performs any differently than the older version, but it does what it is supposed to do.

It is a great hub but sometimes it doesn’t connect all my devices quickly and sometimes it it crashes and I have to restart it and reinstall devices.

I use this hub to connect various sensors to it to relay to my phone when movement is detected in my house. I have had no issues using it or getting it to detect movement in my house and alert me.

I am switching over from the Iris smart home to the SmartThings, and I love having a hub that does not have to stay connected to the router. So far, it has worked great!

This is my first home automation hub, and it works fine for my purposes, shutting off the water valve if a leak is detected. Hub and the water sensor are on different floors of the house.

I picked this up mainly to set up my gas fireplace to work with my Google Home setup. It is also able to control a wide range of devices that I will most likely be adding at some point. Works like it should, easy to set up.

Works good. Be nice if the set up could tell more information on what was going on. Had to reset it three times until I got it setup correctly.

Basic smart home hub with all the features you really need. The hardware is great however the software can be frustrating at best.
