It did not connect to my GE Z Wave or any other exsisting smart things I had. So I decided to go to HomeKit. It is working but with a lot of details that need to be considered. Perhaps the best thing I can say is there is no perfect flawless system but at least Apple keeps up with up dates that others are not as good about it

Set up straight out of the box was super simple and informative. Connecting the lock to the hub was just as easy.

Just have to use the original app instead of the new one for this. But no big deal.
