Defective product and months of suppport.

From the day I started setting this up it did not work. As a tech savvy guy, I did my googling and found several helpful tips which I tried with no success. After that I contacted support who gave me the same tips I had already tried. I worked with support for 2 months. Multiple emails and phone calls with days not hearing back from them. Each time I got passed on to another support person, I would have to try the basic trouble shooting again. All the support time pushed me outside of my return window and now I'm stuck with a defective product
