Hands down best smart hub to get. Replaced a Lowes Iris hub with this SmartThings Hub. Extremely stable. Never have disconnects.

Worked great for a couple years then it crapped out. But still worth it.

Great addition to organize and simplify all my smart home products and accessories from a variety of different brands.

I love that I can control all of my smart devices from this hub! Wasn't sure if I wanted or needed a home hub, but I'm glad I did!

It was easy to pair the hub with a Netgear router. All the sensors paired without any issues. The signal strength is good.

We bought this to allow us to monitor our leak detectors. Very good investment when we caught leaks before they became huge issues.

I purchased the Smartthings Hub with several Smartthings brand devices as I assumed that it would easier to connect those devices together. From the day I started setting this up it did not work. As a tech savvy guy, I did my googling and found several helpful tips which I tried with no success. After that I contacted support who gave me the same tips I had already tried. I worked with support for 2 months. Multiple emails and phone calls with days not hearing back from them. Each time I got passed on to another support person, I would have to try the basic trouble shooting again. All the support time pushed me outside of my return window and now I'm stuck with a defective product

Easy To set up not much more you can say about it.

SmartThings works great, but sometimes it does lag and disconnect

Had to replace as Lowe's retired the Iris support. Works with most of my old z-wave components.

This hub is a good tool to turn your ordinary home into a smart home. You can control lights, locks, garage door, and many more.

Love samsung! Wish they'd work with nest and some other things without having to use workarounds. As always great samsung quality

Not a bad device. Not a huge learning curve on set up when adding devices but u must be patient.

I did not use device. Nature of z-wave devices prevented me from connecting them to multiple Hubs.

So far so good. Easy to set up and use. Just purchased about a month ago.

Works perfectly for erratic schedule, so on point and intelligently keeps my light and appliances up and running

Does what i need it to do connect to my devices. Plus comes with more features like make scenes. Love it i recommend

Works as it should hooked up my front door lock to it so now can unlock and lock door automatically or thru Alexa.
