This is my second hub. I have one for each of my homes to manage My locks, lights and security remotely.

bought water sensors and after getting home realized they don't work without this hub, so back to store to get hub

I purchased the product and connected it with 16 smart things multi purpose monitors, arlo pro 2 cameras, ring door bell, a siren etc. After two weeks, the smart home monitor setting, which allows you to toggle on and off the ability to use the set up as an alarm, stopped working. When you try and use it, it displays an internal server error. Samsung support has not been able to fix problem and respond with useless comments before closinf support cases. In addition to this, the product is 10 days past the best buy return period. I wanted time with support and now I am stuck with this garbage. I am very unhappy with the product and experience as a customer. Best buy should not carry this product. Please do not buy!!

This was a gift from Samsung, always wanted to buy one to turn on and off lights when I’m not home. Thank You Samsung

Good quality hub.. Having issue for the first time setting up. But issue already resolved.

Good for all the Z wave, IFTTT platforms including WiFi devices. I bought this to communicate with Konnected system.

Used this to control a ZWave Schlage Connect, the lock would constantly be asleep & the hub’s app would alert me constantly. I use the hub now to control WiFi garage doors & a Samsung tv. Works much better for WiFi devices. Glad ZWave is ended!?!

Works as advertised. Used with a set of six water leak sensors and it has worked perfectly.

This hub works great…i replaced my wink 2 with this one and have had no problems

Purchased hub to replace Iris hub. Works very similar except can not get a command to turn a smart bulb correct. It is programmed to turn on with a monitor sensor and or a door contact sensor night time only. Problem is light turns on during the day also. Called Samsung for help 3 times and still can not get the command to work right

It does what I need it to do. Haven't really dwelled too far into its full capabilities.

This SmartThings Hub is great! I connected my doors and garage opener to it and it works fantastic! Highly recommended!!!

Purchased this Samsung SmartThings Hub to use with GE motion sensors. Be aware of possible difficulties with the install. My husband is computer and network savvy - and he stated that the setup was cumbersome. However, it does work as advertised. So in short, it works but not a great experience.

Still working with getting use to it but overall I am happy with the purchase.

App did all the work. Device works as advertised. Simple and easy to sync all devices!
