I couldn’t be more wrong! It’s been a nightmare getting it switched over. I suppose it’s a good hub & prob easy to use if you’re starting from scratch but I’ve had nothing but problems since I’ve owned it. Luckily, I’ve kept the V2 device to where when I got frustrated all I had to do was plug it in! I’d still recommend it to a friend because I love the SmartThings system!

Posted .Thank you for your review and thanks for being a loyal Samsung customer. I'm sorry you are having difficulties upgrading and migrating your devices from the v2 to v3 Hub. We are currently working on a migration tool to make switch over seamless. However at this time, a user will need to disconnect and re-configure all of the individual sensors and devices. Also, please make sure you are now using the newest Samsung SmartThings App (the logo is a large circle surrounded by 5 smaller circles).
