For some items/routines you need to use the original app while others work with newer app. Still needs a few kinks worked out to make it more user friendly.

Not what I expected

I've got over 30 smart devices throughout my home and the setup wasn't as easy as I had anticipated.

App does not give clear instructions for those of us who are not tech geeks.

Hub doesn't work well on advertise items

Connecting problems

SmartThings Only-not WiFi hub

Not as easy as advertised

I have Samsung for all of my electronics. Not working as advertised. The washing machine still has difficulty with communication.
