Not ready for primetime

Samsung doesn't have a timeline published to catch up but until they do this device is missing 90% of its potential.

Setup is not intuitive like Alexa

Too much trouble to set up

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.tried to set up using the Classic app, found out that's it not possible without the New App. My Cell Phone didn't meet the requirements for the new app. I don't understand how a cell phone app needs 2GB of Memory. Downloaded the New App on my Amazon Fire tablet and then was still quite hard to set up. The Samsung internet browser they wanted me to use to set up the Samsung Account would crash, so i I had to use Firefox.

Couldn’t get it to connect to any of my lightbulbs

I originally connected using a Wink hub and it was easy and quick. But, they stopped working and now are a subscription service, so I tried Samsung’s SmartThings hub... total failure. They should stick to TVs.

Doesn't work on my Wi-Fi network

It's Ok
