    Compatibility with smart devices is very limited. Did not met our need of controlling a dew smart devices we already own -as we explained to the employees in Bestbuy who assured us it was compatible with mostly any smart device’s brand and apps.

    Took them over a month and a half to deliver, and to my surprise I received a clearly refurbished item. This seems like a great item, but walk away and try to get it from a different place.

    Meh this is only really helpful if you have the z-wave stuff or if you want a really programmed house. If you don’t then don’t get it just stick to the Alexa or Hub you have.

    this product is very dangerous. When I started to set up the darn thing it picked up my stereo, my climate control. my hands free link, and my steering wheel controls.

    I should be compatible to work with all WiFi camera brands, old smart Samsung TVs, Apple TV, but it doesn’t l. It looks like they make this devices for expensive brands or forced you to buy new things

    Is not compatible with TP-Link Kasa. I haven't been able to connect Kasa devices and Kasa and SmartThings are not able to help. It's a waste of my money.

    IRIS by Lowes was discontinued. Therefore, had to find a replacement Hub. Found the Samsung complicated to setup due to lack of documentation on how to use the features.

    everything stopped working after 3 weeks , i'm going to best buy today to return it. its waste of money and time google home hub or amazon alexa is the way to go.

    Whole setup was a pain. Goes in and out of service regularly and it is now pretty outdated. Was fairly costly too.

    Bought this for a Schlage WiFi lock. I could never get it to pair. Back to the store it went.
