Easy setup and worked right out of the box. I wanted to connect water link sensors through my Echo devices and it was a piece of cake!

Since Lowes no longer supports the IRIS system and after researching, I have decided to purchase the Samsung SmartThings Hub. So far so good, a slight learning curve but so far I have been able to improve my smart home using some of the old devices from Iris and replacing the door and motion sensors with the more secure SmartThings units. There is a great online community available. Looking forward to expanding my system every more.

Works great! Easy setup & pairing with devices! Much better than the SmartThings ADT hub/panel I tried first. I highly recommend this.

I quickly had this up and running, connected my door locks, lights and home cameras seamlessly. On my way to a fully functional Smart Home.

Works as advertised, easy to set up. I replaced my Wink Hub with this one and it works better than the Wink ever did.

I've enjoyed the hub and the accessories I've purchased so far. For the most part I haven't had any issues. Once I did have a problem connecting a multi-purpose sensor, but just had to reset it. The biggest frustration is more so around the software. I use two multi-purpose sensors for my garage doors and while I set them up in the new SmartThings app, I have to use the classic SmartThings app to set it as a garage door sensor.

Bought this to replace Wink was a good move as this works way better no problems and very simple change over.

For years I have used Lowe's IRIS system which I loved. However, they discontinued that system so I moved to smart things. I went with this HUB, the newest, and love it. It has less functionality than the older HUB but it is quickly gaining ground and is better for the future. It has worked flawlessly as a security system, and I expect more functionality as Samsung provides upgrades. Also is awesome for home automation tasks, light control, HVAC control. pool pump, and more. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I bought this to work with my Schlage Smart Lock for added function. Easy hookup. Purchased about a month ago has not failed.

I bought this when Wink decided that they were going to start requiring a subscription. This works well, and it set up easily. Overall, the entire SmartHome landscape is a bit of a Wild West, so I still have multiple other accounts that I link to this hub for control from one interface. Would be really nice if it could control everything natively

Easy set up Alows for for more wifi, zwave and zigbie , and smart things creates an extra outlet for all your home tech!

I got a fair enough price on it but it doesn't have the functionality of the newer hubs and I am seeing some connectivity issues with some of my sensors. Overall I think it's pretty good as long as you have a small home or your sensors aren't located in obscure places like under a toilet (water leak sensor) or on an outside door.

Always meant to get one standalone hub to control my smart home devices versus the one that came with my lights and other devices. Smartthings hub is easy to use and can pair with just about any device from any manufacturer and mostly guides you step by step how, where, and what the process is. Highly recommend for first timers and the seasoned techie to make your home work for you.

I had this for a while now and it has worked good. I have had a few issues with devices not connecting but not many. I was able to link my Philips hue to it and can co troll those lights with it. I have noticed though that when trying the Philips lights through it's own hub it is faster than if I try to use the samsung hub, but all still works overall everything has worked good.

Does what it needs to. Easy to set up. Good price. Ease of using on your phone and controlling what you need to.

Easy to use and set up for a home automation hub ,nice to have everything together in one spot.

Because my IRIS hub was going to be decommissioned, I selected the Samsung hub as a replacement. The first one I got, I was unable to connect it to the internet. The 2nd replacement connected flawlessly. One draw back was that the Samsung hub does not work with the first generation of IRIS devices like the motion and contact sensors. Should work with following generations but I only had the first.

Switched from Wink due to Stringify shutting down making it less flexible for me. Using the ST IDE you can create Alexa Virtual switches to trigger practically anything in your home automation. All my zWave and Zigbee devices moved right over. My house now talks to me via Alexa giving me status of my devices such as doors, windows, motion, well pump, water leak detection, geo fencing. ST hub also utilizes power usage features on my devices that Wink ignored. Love it.
