    I love this camera

    I bought this cam to be able to look in on my parrot when I'm at work but it's also great to be able to see my apartment when I'm out of town. Great picture clarity when compared to my older Smart cam.

    No success pairing it with my Iphone. First 4 responses from Samsung support were to reset the camera. How can I return this usless $89 item.

    Purchased this and out of the box it won't work. You should expect Samsung products to be broken out of box. I called there support and got passed back and forth because smart things is it's own part of Samsung, which means you get to argue with more support reps!! Just get the Google Nest, if you need convincing call Samsung and even they won't recognize this product "oh your camera isn't working " yeah... let me try removing the batteries and flash card that doesn't exist.

    I bought two units, which both have the same problem -- they power off after only a few minutes of use, making them useless.
