This home security switch works great. Use as a door switch. Works great with Samsung home security system

The sensors work great to let me know when sneaky teenagers are trying to leave the house or have persons come over when I'm not home! Kids are using technology… You can use it too! Fight back parents!

All the Samsung SmartThings devices have been flawless and connected immediately with no resets.

Using to monitor garage door open/closed. Works 95% of the time. Connected quickly with the app.

Purchased this for my office door and I have to say I'm impressed. It was very easy to set up and install. The push notifications is my favorite. I receive notifications almost instantly. Only wish is that It were a little smaller and that's why I didn't give it all 5 stars, otherwise great product.

Initially difficult to pair to the hub, but after moving hub to a different room all was good.

Utilizing this kit to supply a means to track who and when comes in to our home when no one is home. Easy to setup, but working through a variety of the "kinks". Wish I had some more time on my hands, because there are a few really cool things you can do with this product.

Got it connected without issue. I also tried to install an iHome plug right after and I lost connection with all my sensors and some bulbs. I had to restart my hub, remove them and reinstall them to get the working again. After that I havent had any issues with any of my sensors.

Works like it should work. I like smarthings for home automation

The sensor overall works like advertised. One call out, it doesn't fit doors very well.

Bought this to replace in of our earlier generation that kept giving us problems and intermittently losing connection with the hub. This sensor has been redesigned and is much better. It paired right away and we have been using it for several weeks with no problems.

Connecting the sensor with Smarthub was very easy. It is also working good so far

I love the Smart Things door sensors. They act as a regular open/closed warning, but also give temperature for the room where they are installed. I have one on each of the three floors in my home and love that I can monitor temperature on each floor.

Works Great as expected. great alternate when compared to full blown services

I put sensors on my front door, closet doors, washer/dryer, mailbox door. they sense motion (of the sensor), contact closure, positioning, temperature, and vibration. I get notifications on my phone if I don't answer a knock at the door within a short time

I have placed this inside of my kegerator and then plugged the kegerator into Smartthings STS-OUT-US-2 outlet. Run a Smartthings App using the temperature sensor in this then set the temperature parameters for when you want it on and off. Way too easy.
