Have had sensor for about 1 month, given to me as a gift. Like the versatility of the sensor but have found it to be unreliable. Used with smartthings hub v2 and Smartthings standard routines/apps. Specifically, using vibration as door knock and laundry sensing. Neither of those worked reliably or consistently. Dryer sensor placed on outside of dryer. It did alert dryer started, then again dryer started, rarely did it execute dryer finished. From door knock perspective, I tested initially by placing sensor on glass table outside and simulated a door knock, it notified me as expected. When I placed on wood door, it would not sense the knocking. While I love the versatility of the device, I would most likely purchase an alternative product that might be more cost effective for the tilt, open/close and temperature features. It seems like the device and the apps are not quite ready for consumer use.

I found this quite easy to install and use and am very happy with the way it works.

easy to set up. Started with home security doors and windows. Added home automation with over a dozen light switches. Works well with Alexa and can turn on and off lights by word command. I also love the light automation turning lights on and off at select time. Motion sensor also turns on lights. Garage door is next
