Really disappointed because I was going to purchase four more for my house.

Please verify that you are using the new SmartThings App, which has an icon of a circle surrounded by five smaller circles, for the setup process as the Smart Plug cannot be set up from the SmartThings Classic application. Before attempting set up again, you may want to reset the Smart Plug first. Worked for 2 1/2 months and quit, would not connect through Samsung Smarthings Hub and fails to register with Samsung over Wifi. Contacted Samsung Support who has been giving me the runaround for over a week. I should have done more research because the connectivity issue has been around for awhile. My biggest issue is that Samsung is not willing to honor the warranty. This is an inexpensive item to replace. When I replace TV's monitors, appliances and other devices in the future it will NOT be SAMSUNG!

Looses connection

They can be reset and reconnected but should not have to do this. Also they don't dim and are not capable of color changing.
