    Recommended product with the TV we purchased. Paid for home delivery and installation through best buy with protection plan. Mount started dropping a few months later and would not stay in place. My husband attempted many times to lift back up but now the TV just stays in a slanted position. Reached out to best buy but got this response. "Just to let you know, the installation was done on 4/5/25, so the workmanship warranty of 90 days has already expired. Since it is completed, I cannot assist you in this case. If you had come earlier, I could have provided the mounting for free under the warranty."
