Don’t waste your money on cheap mounts, this thing is solid as a rock, it extends really far out from the wall, and no matter how far you pull the TV out, you can still tilted up and down, left and right, it’s expensive, but it is solid as a rock, do not risk having an expensive TV fall to the ground with a cheap mount,

This was the perfect mount for my 85-inch Sony Bravia. I mounted my TV in what was a former built-in bookshelf and needed the mount to extend far enough out of the bookshelf and still be able to get to the back of the TV. This mount did the job. It's great in that it is fully adjustable, left-to-right, as well as is able to make minute adjustments to get the screen absolutely level. The tilt adjustment is smooth as silk. This product is high quality. Very sturdy, secure and slick. A woman can nail it to the wall but it will take a few hours as it is heavy and one needs to make sure all instructions are followed as directed, especially if you have never done this before. It would be easier with a second person but if you are alone and feel strong, it can be done. I’d buy it again and so glad I didn’t purchase the cheaper brands. The TV mount moves from left to right ( and back) smoothly and it can be tilted a little bit. I mounted it higher so it matches my treadmill incline of 15% and I don’t have to look down. Worth the money. My ceiling is vaulted so I calculated it just right to mount the TV higher than then ceiling line indicated in the instructions so it wouldn’t hit the ceiling. Took some calculations but nailed it the first time. Very happy with it.
