Tilt problems make this mount worthless do not buy

Any movement causes the tilt to be off. its just a single screw that doesnt seem to tightly control tilt and there is a ton of give in it even when locked down fully. DO NOT BUY the other 4d premium mount from Sanus is way better built and doesnt have this problem.

Instructions are not too clear. The screws are awkward, but I hired a professional, but I can imagine if I did it on my own I would definitely return this back to Best Buy.

It seemed all good until I moved to a new place, had a smaller TV (65”) mounted on it but the right arms wouldn’t want to stay straight. That TV is tilted to the right with a huge angle.

Paid for home delivery and installation through best buy with protection plan. Mount started dropping a few months later and would not stay in place. My husband attempted many times to lift back up but now the TV just stays in a slanted position. Reached out to best buy but got this response. "Just to let you know, the installation was done on 4/5/25, so the workmanship warranty of 90 days has already expired. Since it is completed, I cannot assist you in this case. If you had come earlier, I could have provided the mounting for free under the warranty."
