    The mount settled over 1 inch, they came out to drill 4 more holes in my wall to remount. Not real happy with it.

    Had to return wouldn’t match up to the 85” tv they said it would. Very disappointing and frustrating went through three different wall mounts then had to buy one I didn’t really want.

    I received this item in a box that was damaged and taped together. When I opened it, all of the pieces had been removed from their protective plastic, some had scratches and others were missing, including all the paperwork one would expect with any product, e.g., instructions and warranty. In short, it was clear this item had been sold and returned and was sold to me as new without anyone bothering to check the condition. And it was pretty obviously not in resealable condition as the gashes in the box were covered in packing tape.
