This was $299 - and yet doesn’t truly offer full 360° movement and free swiveling. Not worth it.

Thanks for the feedback. This mount is designed to hold TVs up to 90" and the arms are designed to balance the TV's weight and provide maximum stability in order to hold the TV securely to the wall. The maximum swivel for this mount as shown on the box and webpage is 57 degrees left and right.

When I opened it, all of the pieces had been removed from their protective plastic, some had scratches and others were missing, including all the paperwork one would expect with any product, e.g., instructions and warranty. In short, it was clear this item had been sold and returned and was sold to me as new without anyone bothering to check the condition. And it was pretty obviously not in resealable condition as the gashes in the box were covered in packing tape.
