    The set up on this was terrible. The instructions were not helpful whatsoever. After hours of trying I ended up returning this item.

    Thing would not adjust for the life of it. For whatever reason they put a single screw instead of Allen adjustments idk but trying to hand a 85 inch tv on it was a disaster. I returned. Not for $350 the $80 did it’s job and better

    Was told this was not the mount for my tv and had to purchase bolts from hardware store for techs to fix

      Hello, Apologies for any innocence you may have had during installation! You can center your assembly by moving left or right on the wall plate during installation as show on page 10 of the instruction manual.     Extremely poor customer service! A gift card for $150 was promised with this purchase- and Best Buy said the same would be issued after delivery- now that the goods are delivered- Beat Buy is refusing such a promo! Extremely disappointing and unacceptable

    The install onto the wall was fine, the mounting to the TV was extremely difficult. Whoever wrote the instructions must be laughing and saying "stupid Americans will have fun figuring out which screw are what".

    The mount doesn’t hold the tv straight and allows the tv to tilt. Doesn’t matter what we do it allows the right side to hang lower than the left.

    Wouldn’t hold our 85” Sony level no matter how we adjusted it. It only holds the television at one point which is not adequate for a large tv. We returned for a tilt model which we are happy with.

    Not compatible for 85inch

    It says on box for upto 90inch tv I have 85inch it’s not holding the balance and it’s tilting on left side. It Does not keeps balance for more then 65inch

      Have you tried tightening the tilt adjustment? There is a tilt knob on the back of the mount that should be able to help fix this. Please see page 12 of the IM.     This thing was an absolute piece of crap. The hardware that holds the TV on the tilt plane is plastic. While this may be suitable for a small TV it was not for an 85 inch TV. I would not recommend this product.

    Mount disallows for Ethernet and HDMI connection. And install wasn’t level so no matter how i try TV is always angled
