Product Works Great - Delivery was HORRIBLE!!

I can now fully view my 65" screen from my dining and kitchen areas without missing any of the show/action. With that said, I strongly recommend that you do not have any Best Buy product delivered by anyone other than the Geek Squad (or just take it from the store yourself). There is not enough space here to fully explain what nightmares can happen if you run into a delivery problem such as what happened to me. I had the unfortunate experience to suffer an issue with the delivery of my TV mount, and Best Buy's off-shore customer support was pathetic. You should avoid this kind of situation at all cost!!

Excellent TV Wall Mount

I installed it without any problems on an exterior wall through drywall into concrete block.

In other country, TV producers don't recommend to full-motion wall mounts for 70+ inches. However this is perfect wall mount for large TV in full-motion.

So before purchasing be sure that you have something that will work for your specific situation, It is a fairly expensive buy and I would look for deals when getting this product.

The best wall mount by far

We are only using it for a 55" TV - but we plan to replace it with larger TV. We want to make sure that we felt comfortable that the wall mount we purchased would be sturdy enough to accommodate a larger TV when we determined what we size and brand TV we were going to buy. The mount pulls forward, swivels and tilts - our room is quite large with some odd angles, so this brand and model really fit the bill. My husband did the installation by himself with no issues.

This is so sturdy and very easy to move around the room and area. Might be an the higher end price but well worth the price. Was very glad that it will hold such a heavy and large TV with ease.

Every TV needs this!

I can turn my TV towards the kitchen while slaving away for over an hour on the meal they scarf down in 10 mins. Then turn it towards the couch for binge tv watching.

The installation was easy and it came with all the necessary hardware . The ability to change the viewing angles is great! I have two concerns. Let me start of by saying that I have an 85" TV mounted on this. It could be the physical size and weight of the TV, but it is difficult to push the TV back to the neutral position when it has been extended out - it really is a two person job. The other issues i have is TV wants to tilt forward when I'm repositioning the TV. I've tightened the screw in the back so many times that I've given up readjusting the tilt. I don't think smaller TVs would have the same issues.
