It is mounted on a poured concrete wall basement that has been finished out with furring strips and 1/2" drywall. The TV even when extended is stay as a rock. Easily extends, turns and tilts with ease, but stays in place once adjusted. No regrets.

I accidentally ordered three and only needed one, so I only picked one at the store. I need to check and make sure I was credited for the other two like the customer service rep said I would be.

But the customer service in the best buy i went to gave me false information. They said with the size of the tv i had it would extend out to be viewed at 90 degree. This is not true. With a 65" tv,the tv hits the wall before it it extends and turns all the way. Im told i need a single arm mount to acheive the true 90 degree turn.

This one can pull further out from the wall and rotate to the sides and tilt up and down. Very secure and heavy duty wall mount!

Holds the weight, but not very level

That feature limits the mount’s ability to adjust the “roll” leveling of the tv and makes you feel like you’re frustratingly trying to level a 77”, 100 lb. wall picture on a single center mount nail. Cable routing can only handle thin cables.
