    It was perfect. We moved my mom to a studio apartment and the wall mount puts the TV in the right place for her to watch regardless of where she's sitting.

    I had the Geek Squad do my installation, so I can't offer an opinion on ease of installation, but it didn't take the pros very long at all to have my 85" TV in place. Seems very strong.

    I had no issues with the first one. I bought a second one to be placed in the patio. Good versatility moving left or right. It just does not pull down. It only tilts downward or upward.

    The best/most stable mount for 65" and up.. It is costly but I always need to pull the TV out, and replace cables, going to other equipment (upgrades)...

    Intimidating at first in assembly, but well worth the effort - it was easier to handle once started. Works well with the television and in its placement (caddy to the walls).
