    TV’s look great! Enjoy how the TV can extend outwards and rotate however, it’s not as sturdy as expected in one of the TV’s. For the price expectations were a bit high.

    I purchased this item for a client TV install way out in Awendall, SC. after unboxing this product it was missing critical parts to complete this install. I physically returned this product the at the end of day. Upon further inspection the other three TV mounts of the same model you had in stock on the shelf were also missing the same exact parts from their respective packaging. I was forced to purchase the more expensive TV mount. I have been a Best Buy member for quite some time & I have never experienced anything like this. I would really hope that this experience never repeats itself.
