I bought this wall mount with a 65 inch top of the line Sony OLED. The wall mount functions as described. The problem is that it is difficult to extend or retract the TV without positioning my hands on the screen. The last thing I want to do is risk damaging my new expensive TV by pushing and pulling on it, or at minimum getting finger smudges all over it. I wish there was a place on the back of the TV or the mount itself where I could get a better grip on it, but at this point I am reluctant to use this mount very much at all. Which is very disappointing considering I spent over $300 on it.

Did what it was supposed to do which is support a large tv and allow it to have some mobility.

We replaced it with a universal extending mount because this product requires wood or block studs and we have metal studs.

Works great in our tiny space. It wasn't easy to mount but we are grateful for the end result.

Product is good but not so easy to install, takes some time to understand how to install at the hight you want to.

Well designed, works great. Fairly complicated to hang if you don't have an average "handy person" ability.

Even though it was recommended for the TV we purchased by Best Buy salesperson, did not lined up correctly, making it difficult to attach the wiring.

Heavy duty capability is necessary for my 77" Sony OLED and this mount delivers

Solid performance with great flexibility. Directions were straight forward with the correct tools.

I could not get the tilt correct following the instructions. I called Sanus twice and got two completely different instructions. The first support person told me to disregard the instructions and follow a different procedure - it didn’t work. The second person told to follow the instructions, which I had done and they didn’t work either. When I get the tilt correct in the extended position it was off when I push it in to the wall. The second rep told me to take our 77” LG (81 pounds above the fireplace) off the wall and try again. Product doesn’t work as advertised and the Sanus customer support is terrible. I would not recommend this product.

Easy to put together and to install. The instructions were easy to follow as well. It holds my 75” tv just fine!!

Easy to install with basic skills. Works perfect for my LG G2 77". Easy to move and very sturdy.

It is too heavy to lift and hang on the wall. Overall the good product.

HOW? Seriously, HOW does this have a 5 star average review? The mount is HORRIBLE. Installing it is the most challenging mount I have ever dealt with and I've done a LOT. Then, once you have it up, the tv can be tilted side to side by about 5 degrees at all times, no matter how tight you get everything. IF you are pulling this out from the wall and angling it at different times, it is ALWAYS going to be crooked. TOTAL waste of money. I have to get all my friends to come back now, to help me get the big tv off the wall, remove the mount, return it and find something else that isn't a hunk of junk

Would have enjoyed using this element, but technician said it was not made to mount of our brick fireplace wall.

It’s okay. Kinda difficult to move around by yourself. Holds my 85 inch though

Expensive but top notch. It is insanely smooth. But more so than the cheaper mounts out there.

The Television mount was perfect for my 85” Samsung TV.
