It is too heavy to lift and hang on the wall. Overall the good product.

Would have enjoyed using this element, but technician said it was not made to mount of our brick fireplace wall.

It’s seems to be a good mount, but this is the first mount that I’ve ever used. So I have no prior experience.

Easy to install with basic skills. Works perfect for my LG G2 77". Easy to move and very sturdy.

Expensive but top notch. It is insanely smooth. But more so than the cheaper mounts out there.

The Television mount was perfect for my 85” Samsung TV.

Even though it was recommended for the TV we purchased by Best Buy salesperson, did not lined up correctly, making it difficult to attach the wiring.

We had Best Buy install. They did fine, it is just hard to keep it level.

I could not get the tilt correct following the instructions. I called Sanus twice and got two completely different instructions. The first support person told me to disregard the instructions and follow a different procedure - it didn’t work. The second person told to follow the instructions, which I had done and they didn’t work either. When I get the tilt correct in the extended position it was off when I push it in to the wall. The second rep told me to take our 77” LG (81 pounds above the fireplace) off the wall and try again. Product doesn’t work as advertised and the Sanus customer support is terrible. I would not recommend this product.

The mount worked as expected and provides reasonable support. Its a very heavy duty mount

Does not swivel easily and very heavy to mount onto the wall

For the money, you would think that this thing would be sturdy, but it is very flimsy. Although it does hold my 75" unit, it is very wobbly. No real way to tighten it up to make it feel more secure. If it wasnt for the way it extends, I would've opted for a much cheaper unit. Might be better for a smaller TV.

It actually functions well and I think sanus could have had a winner. But I tightened the arms, very gently I might ad, so me and my buddy can get the TV mounted without the arms moving all over the place. The bolts are now stripped and I can loosen the arims and the tv on the mount doesn’t move freely with anny kind of ease. Though it is very secure on the wall, I don’t want extra stress pulling the tv out. Again, they almost had a winner so I’ll buy another for another tv. But sadly, this is such an inconvenience and I just don’t have the time to do anything about it. Best Buy originally sold me an obvious open box at full price that was missing parts so I already had to deal with a ln exchange and wait.

The mount is secure and appears to be sturdy. I had the Tech team install the mount and TV. My issue is that the mount is difficult to use. The TV is wide. I have to stretch my arms to the sides of the tv and use all of my body weight to pull the TV from the wall to change the direction to view it from another room. It is just a difficult to return to the wall. I have Best Buy tech coming to look at it next week.

I got mine on sale (aroun $170 i think) so i wont be super harsh. For a 86" TV i find this stand wobbly and kind of scary to utilize the way they show in the pics/videos...not to mention, every time i move it I have to waste 5 minutes balancing it so it doesnt go crooked

This mount was Just what we needed to solve our unusual wall construction.
