JUNK! Purchased an expensive Samsung new QLED 75" TV. This is the tv wall mount that was sold to me by Best Buy. I would of gladly spent more if I new what a cheap piece of junk and lack of quality this is for being called a wall mount. Everything was installed by Best Buy Geek Squad this mount is useless. The tv goes backwards every single time you move it and it tilts it can't be adjusted or tightened to stop moving backwards that is what Norwalk, CT geeks squad installers told my wife and I. All I know is neither one of us is happy with the wall mount the tv is beautiful but after spending money to have a beautiful tv the wall mount ruins the experience of moving the tv from side to side. The mount we had before was heavy duty and sturdy but they said it did not work with this tv but what they did not say is that this mount won't work well with this expensive tv also it is a piece of JUNK. DISAPPOINTED IN BEST BUY FOR THEIR UNPROFESSIONAL SALES PEOPLE WHO JUST SELL AND ARE ONLY INTERESTED IN SELLING BUT NO NOTHING ABOUT THE PRODUCTS AND THEIR CUSTOMERS NEEDS OR WANTS. Gone are the days of good sales people who care and know their product and are interested in selling quality and making their customers happy. Do not order this mount unless your tv is a 55 inch or smaller.

Overall works great aside from slight tweaking left to right sometimes

HOW? Seriously, HOW does this have a 5 star average review? The mount is HORRIBLE. Installing it is the most challenging mount I have ever dealt with and I've done a LOT. Then, once you have it up, the tv can be tilted side to side by about 5 degrees at all times, no matter how tight you get everything. IF you are pulling this out from the wall and angling it at different times, it is ALWAYS going to be crooked. TOTAL waste of money. I have to get all my friends to come back now, to help me get the big tv off the wall, remove the mount, return it and find something else that isn't a hunk of junk

I’m not sure if I need this anymore. I thought I needed it for geek squad installation of the frame tv, but that tv came with its own mount and there are issues with hiding the cords in the wall that we are having our contractor figure out. It’s most likely I will return this item.

Excellent mount for a 55 or larger Tv. Clean and professional look

Perfect for hanging our LG 65” OLED tv. Sturdy and easy to move

Great mount.. feels a little wobbly when completely away from the wall (75" TV, weighs about 70 pounds plus 10 for the soundbar). Cable management is decent, though the passthroughs on the arms won't really fit power.. just HDMI.

Being wall mounted it takes us way less room than on the floor.
