Flimsy mount overpriced and overrated

I had the geek squad install it and then remove and replace with a more robust wall mount that happened to be cheaper. just goes to show more is not always better

I ended up cancelling my TV order due to frustration. They kept changing the delivery dates and leaving messages that were not coherent. Wait on hold 40 minutes each call and still their English was extremely poor where you had to ask them to repeat what was said

This also only has 1 point of contact at the upper center, and we've struggled to prevent the display from "sagging" when pulled out. Not an issue we've had with similar mounts at lower prices, so won't be purchasing for future displays.

Horrible, Don't Recommend

Waited two weeks on the day before install I get a cancellation that the TV is not in stock when I ordered it , it was in stock. So I have a mount sitting in my room with no TV. I am not very happy and do not recommend buying mounts/install service . Make sure you get the TV delivered ASAP and do not wait until the appointment to have them bring it because like me they may sell it and not have it anymore.
