We recently moved and unfortunately unable to return within the 15 day window, so are now stuck with a $479.00 wall mount that we can not utilize.

I tried tightening the screws to no avail. I AM VERY UNHAPPY WITH THIS PIECE OF HARDWARE.

The box was taped in the store but the salesman assured us that was just what they did - the tape was to keep it shut, it had never been returned, etc. However, when we went to mount the 75" TV, many parts were missing. And many parts that WERE there were in regular old zip loc baggies, not like bags that the other parts came in that were sealed. And there were no other mounts in the store or any store close by.

This was $299 - and yet doesn’t truly offer full 360° movement and free swiveling. Not worth it.

Thanks for the feedback. This mount is designed to hold TVs up to 90" and the arms are designed to balance the TV's weight and provide maximum stability in order to hold the TV securely to the wall. The maximum swivel for this mount as shown on the box and webpage is 57 degrees left and right.
