    Extremely poor customer service! A gift card for $150 was promised with this purchase- and Best Buy said the same would be issued after delivery- now that the goods are delivered- Beat Buy is refusing such a promo! Extremely disappointing and unacceptable

    The install onto the wall was fine, the mounting to the TV was extremely difficult. Whoever wrote the instructions must be laughing and saying "stupid Americans will have fun figuring out which screw are what".

    The mount doesn’t hold the tv straight and allows the tv to tilt. Doesn’t matter what we do it allows the right side to hang lower than the left.

    It says on box for upto 90inch tv I have 85inch it’s not holding the balance and it’s tilting on left side. It Does not keeps balance for more then 65inch

      Have you tried tightening the tilt adjustment? There is a tilt knob on the back of the mount that should be able to help fix this. Please see page 12 of the IM.     Wouldn’t hold our 85” Sony level no matter how we adjusted it. It only holds the television at one point which is not adequate for a large tv. We returned for a tilt model which we are happy with.

    Mount disallows for Ethernet and HDMI connection. And install wasn’t level so no matter how i try TV is always angled

    This thing was an absolute piece of crap. The hardware that holds the TV on the tilt plane is plastic. While this may be suitable for a small TV it was not for an 85 inch TV. I would not recommend this product.

    I had my 75 inch Sony TV mounted on this and it has appeared to bend. I am quite disappointed

    The tilt control is bad and cheap. The stand itself is really stiff and not that sturdy.

    Bad salesman

    I wanted this for my tv and the salesman said it would go with my tv but when the installation people got here with the Tv and the wall mount the mount did not fit the Tv so the had to come back after I had to go back to the store and buy a wall mount I didn’t want but would fit the 85inch
