    Mount was suggested by Best Buy Employees looked sturdy until the 82” tv was hung on it. It is extremely flimsy where the tv mount attaches to the arms. The tv won’t stay level with the amount of movement in this connection. Very disappointed!

      Thanks for reaching out. We're sorry to hear about the issues with the mount. Is your leveling screw completely tightened? If this screw is loose, it can prevent the mount from staying level.
