We had an 86 inch LED tv, which we returned, for a 77 inch OLED TV, and the re-install was easy. The mounting location is adjustable both vertically and horizontally, and the ability then pull the TV from the wall and swivel to the side lets us sit on a side love seat, and see the tv straight on. I had already had all my cables run through the walls with our prior 55 inch TV, and this mount allowed them to install it slightly higher than we wanted (to avoid the wall plug), and still center the new larger TV perfectly.

Glides like butter when moving TV. Sanus online app to figure out the mounting location height could use some work to be less confusing and more accurate.

Perfect mount for my lanai TV

Superior mount

I used this mount for a heavy Samsung terrace 80 pound TV. I swapped out a Rocketfish mount for this Sanus mount and I feel it was an upgrade in security and stability. The TV is more stable in all positions including with the arms fully extended nearly 2 feet and can rotate more adjustably than the Rocketfish. It’s worth the extra money
