    Once this product is installed it works perfectly and exceeds expectations! However, this is a strong two person installation process. My husband would h e benefited from a buddy helping him than me.

    Can hold extremely heavy tvs with no problem. I really enjoy the swivel movement. The only issue with this mount is that sometimes it can become uneleveled.

    Pulling out and swiveling is a breeze, but the unit also allows for tilting, which makes the TV look slanted sometimes. Strange to say, but I wish it didn't have the tilt feature. Pull out and swivel would do just fine for my application.
