    What a great product. I installed this myself - and the instructions were very straightforward. I did this on Saturday - and did call the 1 800 # - and reached an actual human being - she was very nice - I had a simple question - and she answered and I was on my way. This arm is amazing. I'm using it with a Sony X90 Bravia LED (65 inch)

    Study and hold TV in place. can be a little difficult to position TV at the desired angle. Overall this is a good quality mount and should last for years.
