Great heavy duty frame and arms, cable paths with covers (way cool). Holds my 65" TV more than 2' off the wall with minimal effort. Maneuvering is quite effortless when calibrated perfectly. Pay attention when mounting the brackets on the back of the television and be sure where the mount meets the tv is centered. Otherwise you'll have to somewhat tinker with the position of the TV to assure it's level and enjoy :0)

They make the whole setting up process from start to finish a breeze. I did not get lost at all with the detailed instructions and pictures of where things should be mounted.

It is mounted on a poured concrete wall basement that has been finished out with furring strips and 1/2" drywall. The TV even when extended is stay as a rock. Easily extends, turns and tilts with ease, but stays in place once adjusted. No regrets.

We like the ability to pull it down and swivel it from side to side. It also can tilt from side to side. We did lots of research and we’re very happy with this product. We have a 65 inch TV. This was installed by Best Buy. They did an outstanding job.
