Also helpful to be able to swivel the tv to adjust connectors. MUCH better than to the stationary mount we had before.

Very easy to tilt and swivel set on mount. One thing the mount does not come with many spacers for brackets. I had to use a spacer from left over mounting hardware. Other than that I am happy. Boy got lucky and got it cheap.

Aside from pulling the screen out or tilting it up or down, it also moves side to side which helps you to center it exactly where you want it on the wall.

It's mounted fairly high on the wall above the mantle, so I needed it to tilt down for viewing angle. Also have several cables (HDMI, digital audio out and etc.) and the ability to pull this mount out from the wall and tilt up and down makes it easy to attach cable wherever they may connect on the TV. I've had this almost 2 months now and I'nm very happy with it.

I have an 85" TV and even with this mount it gives you very little wiggle room to try and center the TV if your studs are not aligned.
