Customer service at jackson very bad. Tried to tell lady i was unable to under stand her broken English she hung up. Called like 6 times to get put back on computers answering machine. Refused to mail recipient 850.00 for 4 mounth old detecter. My tv goes out i want call best buy.

I have total tech and had to pick a option from Best Buy to get it installed for free. After much research I decided on this. Not the most expensive and definitely not the cheapest. It has good mobility for tilting downward also which is exactly what we wanted for out space. Looks great and seems to be holding up our heavy Sony 65 inch with no issues!
