    Total tech guys like this bracket. I think it’s way overpriced. I had bought a full motion bracket for 1/3 the price on Amazon, but the store employees said this was the least expensive bracket I could use above a fireplace. I gave the installers the choice after explaining my story, went out, and they chose the Samos.

    There is a plastic piece that goes on each end of the support rectangle - the part that gets anchored to the wall. One of the end pieces came broken in 2 pieces. there was no damage to the box, which leads me to believe it was put into the box defective. It is not a critical piece, but since I had company coming the day it arrived, I installed it as it was without the plastic end piece on one side
